WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of four (4) hydraulic concrete
breakers, four (4) hydraulic cut-off saws, and one (1) hydraulic alternator for use by the
Water Utilities Division; and,
WHEREAS, Commercial Body Corp, Houston, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount
of$16,848; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Commercial
Body Corp, Houston, Texas in the amount $16,848 should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Commercial Body Corp, Houston, Texas, for the purchase of
four(4)hydraulic concrete breakers,four(4) hydraulic cut-off saws, and one(1) hydraulic
alternator for use by the Water Utilities Division in the amount $16,848 should be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the /4Z4E, day
of 2000.
