WHEREAS bids were received for repairs to the Loeb high service pump station;
and,
WHEREAS, Layne Christensen Co., Layne-Texas Division, Houston, Texas,
submitted a bid in the amount of$22,947.25; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Layne
Christensen Co., Layne-Texas Division, Houston, Texas, should be accepted:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Layne Christensen Co., Layne-Texas Division, Houston, Texas,
for repairs to the Loeb High service pump station in the amount of$22,947.25 be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the /A!�4-1 day of
