BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the proposal of Hibernia National Bank for banking services is hereby accepted and
the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a depository agreement with
Hibernia National Bank for the period commencing October 1, 2000 to September 30,
2003.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the /.5.41, day of
2000.
