BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the payment to Motorola in the amount of
$34,134.40 for an annual software support agreement for a Motorola Mobile Data
Communication System (MDC).
