WHEREAS, bids were received for a three (3)-year contract for grounds
maintenance of Tyrrell Park; and,
WHEREAS, Alamo Lawn Service, Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount
of $6,400 per month during the growing season and $2,500 per month during the non-
growing season with the provision for an annual increase not to exceed the percentage
increase in the CPI; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Alamo Lawn
Service, Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Alamo Lawn Service, Beaumont, Texas, for a three (3)-year
contract for grounds maintenance of Tyrrell Park in the amount of$6,400 per month during
the growing season and $2,500 per month during the non-growing season with the
provision for an annual increase not to exceed the percentage increase in the CPI should
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
