WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) diesel powered winch
for use by the Water Utilities Division; and,
WHEREAS, TT Technologies, Inc., Aurora, Illinois, submitted a bid in the amount
of$74,500; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by TT
Technologies, Inc., Aurora, Illinois, should be accepted:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by TT Technologies, Inc.,Aurora, Illinois in the amount of$74,500
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 11646 day of
2001.
