BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the contract with the Charlton-Pollard
Neighborhood Association, Inc. in the amount of$375,700 for the construction of up to five
(5) new homes for lease or sale to eligible low-income families, and the City Manager is
hereby authorized to execute a contract for such funding.
