BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves amendment of the contract with the Charlton-
Pollard Neighborhood Association, Inc. in the amount of $145,000 to reallocate up to
$9,529.42 for operating and administrative costs and to extend the contract termination
date to March 31, 2001.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 9 day of

City Council has approved the amendment to reallocate up to $9,529.42 for additional administrative
and operating costs for the contract in the amount of$145,000 under Resolution No. 01-003.
These funds will be used to pay administrative salary ($6,029.42), office expenses ($1,300.00) and
office equipment, furniture and refurbishment ($2,200.00).
The Administration looks forward to working with your organization for a successful contract
completion.
