WHEREAS, Neil T. Foley has agreed to donate property for the Housing Revitalization
Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the donation of the following land as described on Exhibit "A" for the Housing
Revitalization Project be and the same is hereby, accepted:
35.91 acre tract of land in the Frederick Bigner Survey, Abstract No. 1
Owner. Neil T. Foley
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
