WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Charlton Pollard Parksite and Neighborhood Shopping Center;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for the Charlton Pollard Parksite and
Neighborhood Shopping Center be and the same is hereby, approved:
