WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase and installation of one (1) belt filter
press for use in the Water Reclamation Plant; and,
WHEREAS, Ashbrook Corporation, Houston, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount
of$96,800; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Ashbrook
Corporation, Houston, Texas should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Ashbrook Corporation, Houston, Texas for the purchase and
installation of one (1) belt filter press for use in the Water Reclamation Plant be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
