WHEREAS, Lexie Nall, Margaret Nall Matthews and Mary B. Nall, have agreed to
donate property for the proposed Memorial Plaza and Brick Walkway in honor of
firefighters;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the donation of the following land as described on Exhibit "A" for the proposed
Memorial Plaza and Brick Walkway in honor of firefighters be and the same is hereby,
accepted:
Lots 711, 714, 715 & 716, Block 32
230 Main Street, Beaumont Townsite Addition
Owner. Lexie Nall, Margaret Nall Matthews and Mary B. Nall
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the /U M day of
