BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute an agreement with
The Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway Company to construct a signalized railway
crossing on Concord Road in the amount of$245,106 to be paid from Capital Improvement
Program funds..
