WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of cement stabilized base; and,
WHEREAS, Trinity Aggregate Distribution, submitted a bid in the unit amount of
$15.95 per ton with an estimated total annual expenditure of$79,750; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Trinity
Aggregate Distribution, in the unit amount of$15.95 per ton with an estimated total annual
expenditure of$79,750 should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Trinity Aggregate Distribution, for the purchase of cement
stabilized base in the unit amount of $15.95 per ton with an estimated total annual
expenditure of$79,750 should be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
