WHEREAS, bids were received for a one (1)-year contract for the purchase of
corrugated polyethylene; and,
WHEREAS, Lumberton Culvert Sales, submitted a bid in the unit amounts shown
below:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Lumberton
Culvert Sales, in the unit amounts shown above for an estimated annual cost of$80,165,
should be accepted:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
GACGWESOLUTMIDS
THAT the bids submitted by Lumberton Culvert Sales in the unit amounts shown above
for an estimated annual cost of $80,165 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the �2/,g.t/�.4 day of
