WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract for the purchase of No. 8
tower rock; and,
WHEREAS, Bo-Mac Contractors, Inc., Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in the unit
amount of$13.85 per ton for an estimated annual amount of$34,625; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Bo-Mac
Contractors, Inc., Beaumont, Texas, in the unit amount of$13.85 per ton for an estimated
annual amount of$34,625 should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Bo-Mac Contractors, Inc., Beaumont, Texas, to purchase No.
8 tower rock in the amount of$13.85 per ton for an estimated annual amount of$34,625
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
