BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves Coastal Securities, JW Genesis Financial
Services, Inc., and Wells Fargo Brokerage Services, LLC to the City's approved list of
broker/dealers.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that First Union Securities, Inc. is removed from the
City's approved list of broker/dealers.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that TexasTERM, Local Government, Investment
Pool is added to the City's approved list of investment pools.
