WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and
supplies needed to stabilize the levee at the Fire Training Grounds; and,
WHEREAS, Civil Constructors, Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of
$41,630; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Civil
Constructors, Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Civil Constructors, Beaumont, Texas, for furnishing all labor,
materials, equipment and supplies needed to stabilize the levee at the Fire Training
Grounds in the amount of$41,630 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the �W. day of
