WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of asphaltic concrete; and,
WHEREAS, Bo-Mac Contractors, Inc., Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in the
following unit amounts for an estimated annual amount of $106,100:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Bo-Mac
Contractors, Inc., Beaumont, Texas, in the above unit amounts for an estimated annual
amount of$106,100 should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Bo-Mac Contractors, Inc., Beaumont, Texas, to purchase
asphaltic concrete in the above unit amounts for an estimated annual amount of$106,100
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7410-_ day of
2000.
