WHEREAS bids were received for the purchase of approximately forty (40) sets of
fire protective clothing for the Beaumont Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, Casco Industries, Port Arthur, Texas, submitted a bid in the unit
amounts shown below:

and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Casco
Industries, Port Arthur, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Casco Industries, Port Arthur, Texas, for the purchase of
approximately forty (40) sets of fire protective clothing for the Beaumont Fire Department
in the unit amounts shown above be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
