WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) Type I Generator
Powered Module Ambulance for the Emergency Medical Services Division (EMS); and,
WHEREAS, Frazer, Inc., submitted a bid in the amount of $80,500; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Frazer, Inc.,
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Frazer, Inc., for the purchase of one (1) Frazer Type

Generator Powered Module Ambulance module mounted on a Ford F-350 chassis for the
Emergency Medical Services Division (EMS) in the amount of $80,500 be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
