WHEREAS, the following individuals have conveyed a ten (10) foot easement for
the purpose of the City installing a new sanitary sewer line to serve their residences, to
the City of Beaumont, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto:

WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the conveyance of said easement and
is of the opinion that the delivery and receipt of said easement of property is necessary
and desirable and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the easement to said tract of land tendered by Vincent Jordan, Catherine Rose
Jordan, Billy K. Gewin, and the Estate of J. J. Welch is hereby in all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the - day of
