BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized to execute a three (3) year lease
agreement with Madeline L. Walker for EMS Medic No. 5 facilities at 6454 Concord Road
at a monthly rental amount of$1,170.
