WHEREAS, the Beaumont Independent School District has conveyed a 0.387 acre
easement to the City of Beaumont on their property, being out of the A. Houston Survey,
Jefferson County, Texas, located on the West Brook High School campus, as described
on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the conveyance of said easement and
is of the opinion that the delivery and receipt of said easement of property is necessary
and desirable and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the easement to said tract of land tendered by the Beaumont Independent School
District be and the same is hereby in all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the Z�tZ day of
2000.
