WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract for automotive preventative
maintenance; and,
WHEREAS, JMPKL, Inc. dba The Lube Shop, Texas, submitted a bid in the unit
costs shown below with an estimated total annual expenditure of $50,172

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by JMPKL, Inc. dba
The Lube Shop, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by JMPKL, Inc. dba The Lube Shop, Texas, for an annual contract
for automotive preventative maintenance be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
