WHEREAS bids were received for an annual contract for the purchase of manholes,
manhole covers and sewer materials for use by the Public Works Department, Water
Utilities Division; and,
WHEREAS, the following vendors submitted bids in the following fixed unit prices:

CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted by the above vendors for an annual contract to provide
manholes, manhole covers, and sewer materials at the above-stated unit amounts be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
