WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase and installation of one (1) belt filter
press for use in the Water Reclamation Plant; and,
WHEREAS, Textile Engineering, Humble, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of
$111,430; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Textile
Engineering, Humble, Texas should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Textile Engineering, Humble, Texas for the purchase and
installation of one (1) belt filter press for use in the Water Reclamation Plant in the amount
of$111,430 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 1hl day of
cie'4-111- ' 2000.
