WHEREAS, the claim of Gulf Coast Recycling has been discussed in an Executive
Session properly called and held Tuesday, April 4, 2000; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim of Gulf Coast
Recycling in the amount of Three-Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-Seven and 43/100
Dollars ($3,887.43). Payments are to be allocated to Elsalvador Mandujano in the amount
of $1,668.50 and to Elsalvador Mandujano and Gulf Coast Recycling in the amount of
$2,218.93.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
