WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of two (2) wastewater chopper
pumps for use in the Water Reclamation Plant; and,
WHEREAS, Hahn Equipment Co., Inc., submitted a bid in the amount of $16,009;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Hahn Equipment
Co., Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Hahn Equipment Co., Inc. for the purchase of two (2) Flygt
Model FP-3102 wastewater chopper pumps for use in the Water Reclamation Plant in the
amount of$16,009 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
