WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment,
insurance and supplies for Phase I Improvements to the Police Building ; and,
WHEREAS, N &T Construction Company, Inc., Orange, Texas, submitted a bid in
the amount of$239,955; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by N & T
Construction Company, Inc., Orange, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by N & T Construction Company, Inc., Orange, Texas for
furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, insurance and supplies for Phase I
Improvements to the Police in the amount of $239,955 be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this theme day of
