BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of one
(1) Ford F-350 cab and chassis through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) for
the Clean Community Department, in the amount of $34,046.67.
