WHEREAS bids were received for the purchase of stainless steel baffles for use at
the Water Production Plant; and
WHEREAS, Brystar Contracting, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of$81,941.40;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Brystar
Contracting, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Brystar Contracting, Inc. for the purchase of stainless steel
baffles for use at the Water Production Plant be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the d KC4 day of
