WHEREAS, the claim of Marilyn Harmon has been discussed in an Executive
Session properly called and held Tuesday, March 7, 2000; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim of Marilyn
Harmon in the amount of Twenty-Thousand ($20,000) Dollars.
