WHEREAS, First Baptist Church of Loeb has conveyed a 0.184 acre easement to
the City of Beaumont on their property, being out of the M. Peveto Survey, Hardin County,
Texas, located at 3082 Highway 69 South in Loeb, as described on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the conveyance of said easement and
is of the opinion that the delivery and receipt of said easement of property is necessary
and desirable and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the easement to said tract of land tendered by First Baptist Church of Loeb be and
the same is hereby in all things accepted.
