WHEREAS bids were received for the Folsom Drive Pavement Extension Project
from Dowlen Road to Major Drive; and,
WHEREAS, Brystar Contracting, Inc., submitted a bid in the amount of
$2,389,270.90,; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Brystar
Contracting, Inc., should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Brystar Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $2,389,270.90, for
the Folsom Drive Pavement Extension Project from Dowlen Road to Major Drive be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 1 day of
