WHEREAS bids were received for the purchase of three (3) zero-turn radius
mowers; and,
WHEREAS, Scooter's Lawnmower, Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in the
amount of $18,570; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Scooter's
Lawnmower, Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Scooter's Lawnmower, Beaumont, Texas, for the purchase of
three (3) Encore Prowler MC61 zero-turn radius mowers in the amount of $18,570 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7A day of
' 2000.
