BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of
twenty-one (21) vehicles in the amount of $361,427 through the State of Texas
Cooperative Purchasing Program as shown below:
