WHEREAS, Maria Parra and Servando Vizcaino of 2275 Franklin Street and Beal
Bank, S.S.B. whose property is located at 2285 Franklin Street have conveyed a ten (10)
foot wide Utility Easement to the City of Beaumont on their property, being out of the David
Brown Survey, Abstract 5, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the conveyance of said easement and
is of the opinion that the delivery and receipt of said easement of property is necessary
and desirable and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the easement to said tract of land tendered by Maria Parra and Servando Vizcaino
and Beal Bank, S.S.B. be and the same is hereby in all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7y day of
2000.
