WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract for the purchase of
passenger and light truck tires; and,
WHEREAS, Gray's Wholesale Tire Distributors, Inc., submitted a bid in the
estimated total annual amount of$26,573.30 in the fixed unit amounts shown below:

and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Gray's
Wholesale Tire Distributors, Inc., should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Gray's Wholesale Tire Distributors, Inc., for an annual contract
for the purchase of passenger and light truck tires in the estimated total annual amount of
$26,573.30 in the fixed unit amounts shown above be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7,t6 day of
2000.
