BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to award an annual contract to
Beaumont Products and Services, Inc., a private not-for-profit state certified workshop, for
furnishing litter removal services on arterial street rights-of-way and other specific areas
at a rate of$11.50 per hour, per person worked.
