BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of six
(6) mobile data computers (MDCs) through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC)
for the Police Department, in the unit amount of$7,603.05 and total amount of$45,618.30.
