WHEREAS bids were received for the purchase of one (1) hydraulic rescue tool and
on-site training; and
WHEREAS, Wilson Fire Apparatus, New Braunfels, Texas, submitted a bid in the
amount of$15,651 for the purchase of one (1) hydraulic rescue tool and on-site training;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Wilson Fire
Apparatus, New Braunfels, Texas should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Wilson Fire Apparatus, New Braunfels, Texas in the amount
of $15,651 for the purchase of one (1) hydraulic rescue tool and on-site training be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
2000.
