BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve payment in the
amount of $18,291.76 to Mustang Tractor and Equipment for the repairs to a 1997
Caterpillar 330BL excavator.
