WHEREAS, Cracker Barrel Old County Store, Inc. has conveyed to the City
of Beaumont a ten-(10)foot wide Water Line Easement on their property, being out of the
Schumacher Business Park in the Samuel Stivers Survey, Abstract 51 and located at 5390
Walden Room, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the conveyance of said
easement and is of the opinion that the delivery and receipt of said easement of property
is necessary and desirable and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the easement to said tract of land tendered by Cracker Barrel Old County Store, Inc.
be and the same is hereby in all things accepted.
