WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land as described
on attached Exhibit "A" for the Neighborhood Revitalization Project; and
WHEREAS, this property needs to be conveyed to the Statewide Consolidated
Community Development Corporation, Inc. for the construction of new homes for the
Neighborhood Revitalization Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and is hereby authorized to execute a deed conveying
property listed below to the Statewide Consolidated Community Development
Corporation, Inc. for the construction of new homes for the Neighborhood Revitalization
Project:
Lot 10, Block 7, Joachimi Addition
(1545 Avenue G)
Appraised Value: $2,500
Appraiser: Aulbaugh and Associates
Owner: Gerald Ulmer
