BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney or his designee is hereby authorized to file and prosecute
a lawsuit against Tim Albanese and Tim Albanese d/b/a GlasWorks, Inc. to collect on a
delinquent Small Business Revolving Loan should Tim Albanese fail to bring said loan
current within thirty (30) days hereof and keep current in payments thereafter.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
2000.
