BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager, be and is hereby authorized to execute a contract agreement with
Carroll and Blackman, Inc., for engineering services associated with the City's National
Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 17t, day of
2000.
