WHEREAS bids were received on Monday, December 13, 1999, for the purchase
of two (2) air fume hoods; and,
WHEREAS, Tejas Mechanical, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of$19,535 for
the purchase of two (2) air fume hoods; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by Tejas
Mechanical, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Tejas Mechanical, Inc. in the amount of $19,535 for the
purchase of two (2) air fume hoods be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
