WHEREAS, one bid was received for the purchase of three (3) defibrillator
monitors; and,
WHEREAS, Medtronic Physio-Control submitted a bid in the amount of $37,453.50;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Medtronic
Physio-Control should be accepted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Medtronic Physio-Control for (3) defibrillator monitors in the
amount of$37,453.50 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
