WHEREAS bids were received on December 6, 1999, for the construction of
Beaumont Municipal Transit Dannenbaum Station; and,
WHEREAS, Neild Construction and Development submitted a bid in the amount of
$669,700 for the construction of Beaumont Municipal Transit Dannenbaum Station; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by Neild
Construction and Development should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Neild Construction and Development in the amount of
$669,700 for for the construction of Beaumont Municipal Transit Dannenbaum Station be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the Z day of
LA 44"XA'X� 2000.
